1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by g200 through the official website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and g200 as the platform operator.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without warning.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. g200 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact our customer support immediately.

The g200 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

As a g200 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or dishonest activity.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt g200's systems and technical infrastructure.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning your account to another party.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Posting or distributing unlawful, obscene, or threatening content through the platform.

G200 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the account in question.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

All financial transactions on the g200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). g200 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank, and CIMB for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum limits and verification procedures as set by g200 from time to time.

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into your g200 account are legitimate and sourced from lawful origins. g200 reserves the right to request identity verification documents or proof of funds before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding a specified threshold.

Deposit and withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method and system conditions. g200 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Policy

G200 provides this platform and its services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. g200 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure from all threats. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, g200's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to that claim.

G200 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraud, or misused the platform. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation and at g200's sole discretion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method once the verification process is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law

All content on the g200 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of g200 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from g200.

The g200 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. g200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access any third-party links at your own risk.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
